Development
Volunteer and pre-professional musicians with the opportunity to develop and maintain their musical skills through orchestral, choral, and/or chamber performances.
Enrichment
Opportunities for the community to enrich public or private occasions through collaboration with the PPMA.
PPMA Groups
Established in 2009 as a non-profit organization, Pacific Pearl Music Association (PPMA) currently has three sub-groups: Yangsheng Choir (YSC， 揚聲合唱團), Thousand Oaks Chinese Folk Ensemble (TOCFE， 千橡民樂坊), and Thousand Oaks Dance Ensemble (TODE， 千橡舞韻).
Yangsheng Choir

YSC has been dedicated to expressing our love for Chinese culture by singing songs, transmitting the long history of Chinese culture, and actively participating in various events.
Chinese Folk Ensemble
千橡民樂坊
TOCFE now have percussion team, sufficient Erhu team, and strong pluck string team including Pipa, dulcimer, Guzeng/Chinese zither.
Dance Ensemble
千橡舞韻
The Thousand Oaks Dance Ensemble is new group in PPMA, consists of 20-30 members.

Amgen 亞太傳统月活动
PPMA 参加了5月17日Amgen 庆祝亞太傳统月活动。 中民乐团参演节目的视频，请大家分享一下我们的快乐🎉🎆 周三当日有70-80人在线上，40多人在现场观看了演出。Amgen AAA Global Chair 专门发email感谢了组织这次活动的有关人员，并让转告公司衷心感谢所有参加的团体，感谢各位不辞辛劳让这次的亚太裔传统月的活动搞得如此精彩成功！ 要感谢了Amgen多年来对整个PPMA的支持，因为很多PPMA的成员是Amgen的员工，同时通过Amgen的Foundation给我们以经济上的支持，也感谢AAA的组织者给我们这样一个机会让我们能回馈Amgen。
